TKMicro uses MPE tubes which allow the best heat transfer with small size. Three different types of MPE tubes are available to meet all the needs of our customers.
FIN
Thanks to the FEA (Finite Element Analysis) technique and the wind tunnel it has been possible to optimize the fin spacing and the number and angles of louvers in order to achieve minimum air side pressure drops and, at the same time, maximize the heat transfer.
The brazing process guarantees a perfect and permanent contact between tubes and fins.

TKMicro modular remote condensers and liquid coolers allow, by dividing the capacity into modules, to achieve the same total capacity of larger units. Thanks to its size and low weight the microchannel solution does not need special transport or high cube/open top containers, therefore it can also be installed in city centres where handling is often more difficult.
